  • Yes. We offer pickups for selected product. You schedule a time to come by our Miami warehouse, load the pieces into your vehicle and return the pieces by the agreed return time. Pickup is available for baby showers. This is one of the fastest ways to keep a small event budget under control.

  • Small event packages at Simple Rustic serve between 10 and 40 guests. The Birthday Starter package serves up to 20 guests. The Baby Shower Set serves up to 20 guests. The Bridal Shower Bundle serves 15–30 guests. Custom configurations are available for larger or smaller groups.

  • For 20 guests at a seated baby shower, the most common setup is two 8 ft farm tables placed end to end (banquet style) with 10 chairs per side, or a single sweetheart table for the guest of honor plus two 6 ft tables for the rest. Our Baby Shower Set covers 20 guests with one sweetheart table, eight Provence chairs, and a rustic bar , with extra chairs added if you want lounge seating. If you want guests facing each other, a U-shape with three 8 ft tables works well at this size.

  • A sweetheart table is a small 2 person table reserved for the guest of honor (or the couple) so they have a focal point in photos. Standard sweetheart sizes are a 4 ft x 30 inch rectangle ( our most popular ) . For a small bridal shower under 25 guests, a sweetheart table plus one or two farm tables for the rest of the guests is the most photographed setup. For 30 plus guests, we suggest for you to skip the sweetheart and seat the bride at the head of a long farm table.

  • For small events on weekends in peak season (October through May in Miami), book 6 to 8 weeks ahead.

    For weekday events or off-peak weekends, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough.

    We do take last-minute bookings when inventory is available; call us if your date is within two weeks.

    All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure items and date. Bookings made within 30 days of event date do require payment in full.
